We begin by removing the old, damaged lawn and excavating the contaminated soil, ensuring that we get rid of the roots of previous weeds. Then, we add a nutrient-rich soil, such as triple mix, that helps retain moisture and provides the foundation for a vibrant lawn. Once the area is properly leveled and graded for optimal water drainage, we lay down our premium Kentucky Bluegrass sod.
After your new lawn installation is completed, our Lawn Care Technicians will leave you with a to do list to assure proper maintenance is followed afterwards. Our team also offers Summer Lawn Maintenance if you dont want to worry about taking care of the sod once installed.
